SAP Business One Add-Ons Enhance ERP Functionality

SAP Business One Add-Ons Enhance Functionality

SAP Business One is a business management and accounting platform for small and midsize companies. This software can be used out of the box, or can be customized, or most commonly can be enhanced through Add-On software certified by SAP.  Add-Ons are the applications built by third party olution providers that serve a specific function in SAP Business One. The end goal, of course, is to have a complete system that serves the needs of the end user with efficiency and effectiveness.

Orchestra has selected an approach that we feel allows us to best represent the end user customer of our solutions.  We sell, implement and support SAP Business One, but we do not develop Add-On solutions for it. To satisfy the needs of our customers not met by core functionality in B1, we look to firms that develop solutions in their area of expertise and then ensure that their solutions work well in SAP Business One. That way, it's the Add-On developers responsibility to create and maintain a great solution and Orchestra's responsibility to make sure it works for SAP B1 users. This, we feel, leads to the best possible situation for small business users of the software.

On the following pages, you will find solutions from multiple companies and solution providers. It might seem tempting to assume we'd want to just select solutions from one company, but we feel that does not create the best possible situation for our customers. We have multiple software providers and solution developers, because we want the best solutions. Our end users should rely on Orchestra to determine if each of the Add-Ons works well with B1.

So, here's what we do.

  • We vouch for Add-Ons and support them as we would B1
  • We would never sell anything we wouldn't use ourselves
  • We won't sell any solution made by a company that doesn't give us direct access to it's ownership and management
  • We select solutions that we can put our own reputation behind
  • We stand by those solutions as if they were our own

These driving principles have forced Orchestra to spend considerable time and resources locating the best possible solutions. We think this investment is worth it, because it means we can offer the best possible solution to our valued customers. It's important to us that you feel we're looking out for you, so we go out of our way to make sure that every solution we sell is up to our standards.
